How do families register?

All families would of recived a letter with a unique code on, however if they need a code to either call us or email us .

1.       To book and register for Winter HAF  use link; https://go.walsall.gov.uk/children_and_young_people/haf_signup  Or they can call us to register or attend a sign up session

3.    Register as a family – will need each child's unique code

4.    Book activities / Manage their account

5.   Confirmation email & reminder email and text message

6.   Provider will be in contact

7  . Portal closes on the 10^th December 2021

Every Child that registers get a Healthy Recipe box delivered to their home over the Christmas holiday
